Countryside Real Estate

The community of Countryside is one of the largest communities in Westminster. This large community is contained within the boundaries of 100th Avenue and 108th Avenue to the north and shout, and between Wadsworth Parkway and Simms Street east and west, with the two smaller communities of Walnut Grove and Crown Point snuggled in between on the east end.

There are several parks and recreation areas within the borders of Countryside, including Kittner reservoir and open space and Countryside Outdoor pool surrounded by another park. Big Dry Creek Trail runs through the open space and community as well. The community boarders Standley Lake on the south side with an access point to the lake at the intersection of Simms and 100th Avenue.

Although it is a covenant controlled community, some areas of Countryside no longer have an active Homeowners Association. The schools for this community are Witt Elementary, Wayne Carl Junior High, and Standley Lake High School.

There are 2,692 homes in the Countryside community. The homes in Countryside were built over a broad span of time from 1971 to 1998, with varying sizes in square footage ranging from 768 to 2988 square feet on the main level.
