For the original duplex homes built in this community, Quail Crossing Homeowners Association is located in Westminster, Colorado at 134th Avenue and Huron Street. The Association consists of 134 duplex homes and was established in 1989. They provide trash removal, street snow removal, maintain the common areas and monitor and enforce covenants. On the individual lots the Association paints the exterior surfaces and maintains the shrubs, trees and lawn area. The homeowners are responsible for all other maintenance items on the lots and within any fenced area.
There are a number of single family homes which no longer have an active HOA or dues required which were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s.
